Recently, after a fun, but very wet morning at Mitchell Vineyard’s winemaking class, I headed to the nearest civilization in search of a warm, cozy coffee shop. I found the Firefly Coffeehouse in quaint Oregon, Wisconsin, just south of Madison.
What a good find!
Firefly’s website says a barista’s job is to “make each customer feel like this is their coffeehouse.” Well, they did that and more. I felt very welcomed, the tasty soup chased away my chill, and the specialty drink was just that—special (I’m positive she did that cool coffee art thing just for me:-).
Anyway, if you’re in the Oregon area and need a place to gather, check out the Firefly. The space is enormous (their site says room for groups up to 30 people) and each month they showcase art from local artists.
Cool place.
